Human resource development is a part of our development strategy. It’s a continuous process of updating the existing staff as well as involving new resources in process of development of the organization and achieving its goals.
Resource Mobilization
Main purpose of resource mobilization is of two fold.
[i] Involving different sector of the community and make them responsible for the change.
[ii] By involving the community ensuring the sustainability of the process of change.
We are now in a process of developing a team with in the organization to work on systematic and sustainable resource mobilization.
We have various programmes to involve people of different sectors to address sustainability.
